Rhoda Israelov, President – Say It For You

Rhoda is an accomplished, experienced content writer and corporate content consultant. Rhoda believes that “your web page content and blog uniquely express the individual voice of your business or practice”. She can tell your story through corporate blogs, clear, concise content for websites, social media posts, marketing materials, email campaigns and phone scripts. The content that Rhoda has created has been used across the USA.

About Rhoda: Over the course of her 27-year long career in financial planning, Rhoda Israelov wrote financial advice columns for the Indianapolis Business Journal, the Indianapolis Star, the Columbian, and other publications. Named in Who’s Who in American Women and Who’s Who in Finance, Rhoda used writing to reach out to new clients up until her retirement in 2005 as First Vice President – Investments at Smith Barney.

In following years, Rhoda’s continued passion for networking served her career mentees well at Butler University College of Business. It was through networking that Rhoda was referred to her first blogging client, even as NewsWeek, on the cover of a 2005 issue, was predicting that “Blogging will change your life”. Perceiving that few business owners, department heads, or professional practitioners would have the time to compose and post regular blogs, Rhoda saw a way to turn a problem into a professional opportunity.

As a member of the Indiana Chapter of the National Speakers Association for decades, Rhoda now offers workshops on content writing and presentations to business and professional groups around the country. Meanwhile, at the now thirteen-year-old Say It For You professional ghost blogging and blogging training company, a growing cadre of contract writers, along with Rhoda herself, creates content for corporate blogs, brochures, web page content, white papers, and social media posts.

This mother of three sons (Indianapolis, Chicago, and Portland, Oregon) is now “Grandma Rhoda” to five grandchildren and a brand-new great-grandbaby. An avid reader, Rhoda enjoys networking, ballroom and square dancing as well as solving sudoku and crossword puzzles.

Mike Mausteller, MBA. President – Buckeye Business Performance

 

Mike is a Certified Business Coach with proven Fortune 500 experience, who helps businesses innovate by providing tools and information to create business growth and beat the competition. Coach Mike believes “with coaching or training, Tomorrow is Today”! 

About “Coach” Mike: Mike Mausteller is the President of Buckeye Business Performance, a coaching, training and consulting practice. As a leading Certified Business Coach, trainer, presenter and speaker, Mike works with owners and business leaders around the products, services, skills and teams required for growing their organizations. 

A few years into his career, he was a Director for a $15B company and identified his passion. He enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Maryland to purse that passion with a degree focused on New and Emerging Businesses. 

After earning his MBA, he was hired by Victoria’s Secret and assigned to the successful growth of a test concept named PINK. Three years later the team was fully developed, and the concept realized $1B in annual sales. 

After working on several other concepts with Victoria’s Secret he went on to work for other companies: launching new products, brands, markets and categories of business. He has built and developed several new teams. Including buying out a competitor and rebranding existing outlets to leverage the value of their name. 

Today, he brings that experience to private companies through a range of different services. 

When he isn’t working, Mike enjoys kayaking, hiking and fly-fishing. He has been married to his wife Holly for 19 years. They have two daughters and live in beautiful New Albany, OH.

Jeff Heyer-Jones, MBA. President – SparkEvolve

Jeff serves as a fractional Chief Operations Officer (COO) and partners with his client to help them to improve operational outcomes and plan for the future. Jeff asserts that “Having a strategic plan for your business is like having a roadmap to meet your future goals”.

About Jeff: Jeff Heyer-Jones is the founder and President of SparkEvolve. He’s always had an entrepreneurial spirit. He often shares, his earliest memory was talking his mom into taking him to Sam’s Club when he was about ten to purchase a box of Airhead candy. He took that box to school and within a week sold out and turned a profit to reinvest in more product. From a young age Jeff had several side hustles including house sitting, tutoring, landscaping, and pet sitting.

Jeff believes business owners and leadership teams in the small to mid-cap market should have access to experienced operational executives that allow them to leverage the operational side of their business as an advantage. He founded SparkEvolve in 2019 to help this market create, and tie their strategies to daily operations and improve operational outcomes. Jeff serves as a trusted advisor to many businesses as a fractional Chief Operations Officer (COO) and partners with them to improve operational outcomes. Throughout his career Jeff has saved organizations over $46 million dollars and has helped to solve complex problems with innovative and sustainable methods.

Prior to founding SparkEvolve Jeff was an Executive at a Fortune 100 Insurance company in Columbus, Ohio. He held multiple roles with increasing responsibilities across operations, project delivery, sales, service, finance, compliance and legal. Jeff is known as a strategic, pragmatic, and tenacious executive and has served as an advisor to many senior executives, leaders, non-profits and businesses throughout his career.

Jeff resides in Powell, Ohio with his wife of 13 years and two children Jacob and Allison. Jeff is an avid Columbus Blue Jackets Hockey fan and Ohio State Buckeye Fan. He can be found participating in 5ks, Pelotonia, and hanging out around the fire pit with friends.
